FOUNDER
Based in Lugano, the firm was established with the objective of providing legal assistance founded on trust and a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution. Thanks to the long-standing experience of Attorney Federico Barazzetti in both Swiss and Italian law, the firm has established itself as a benchmark for managing cross-border proceedings between the Italian and Swiss legal systems.
He is admitted to practice both before the Bar Association of the Canton of Ticino (as well as the Swiss Bar Association) in Switzerland and the Bar Association of Como in Italy. Attorney Federico Barazzetti actively operates in both Lugano and Como in litigation matters, directly representing clients before the courts of both countries.
